The Neighborhood:

Our house is situated in a lovely residential neighbourhood, minutes away from the station and a couple of food stores and a short walk away from the town centre and the sea.



Getting Around:

Just follow the address on Maps and it should take you straight to our house.



Other Things to Note:

🏡 RULES:



No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.



🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:



For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.
