Bright, open, clean, and modern, two bedroom, two bath, plus loft, 1,200 square foot, luxury condominium in historic Downtown Marblehead. Sleeps 8 (1 queen, 1 queen, and 2 full/double beds in loft). Convenient and very centrally located, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard. Short walk to Old Town, the Harbor, shops, and Mid-town bars and restaurants. Starbucks and a convenience store are just steps away. On the bus line. Salem is only ten minutes away. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with Frigidaire Professional stainless steel appliances and wine cooler. Clean modern bathrooms with a tankless gas water heater for an endless supply of hot water. Central Air-conditioning. Samsung 55" Ultra HD 4K flat screen TV, Verizon FIOS, Apple TV, and free WiFi. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Large deck with tankless gas grill and private brick patio with dining table. Three car off street parking directly in front of unit. Free 50 Amp Level 2 J1772 Chargepoint EV charger on site. Overall it was a great stay and the place was beautiful!Pros- Location was wonderful! Walked everywhere we needed to go in town. Well stocked and accurate listing, although pricey. Cons- We arrived a couple of hours early and messaged the host to see if we could go ahead check in and drop bags/freshen up after a day of travel but we didn't get a reply until after the listed check in time. There was no cleaning team or anyone to interrupt. TV was not working and communication again was very slow, but it was fixed by day 3. Things that didn't affect the review, but I would note for others- there's no light filtering window treatments. Only curtains to completely close and make the room dark. An issue since there's no privacy from very close surrounding neighbors without completely closing the curtains. And personal preference, there should be bed side tables on both sides of beds. One person does not have anywhere to place a glass of water, phone charging, a book, etc. Beds are also very soft, so worth noting if that's an issue.

The space was beautiful and spacious. Nice natural light and a very comfy deep, high- back leather couch (a different couch than in the listing picture). Everyone commented about the towels and rightly so! So soft and plentiful. We were there for a wedding, and it was perfect for our glamming session with room for others to just hang out.
