We enjoyed this property for its value and ability to be all together. With everything so expensive this time of year it was a good choice. Plenty of room.

Shawn was great person, he was just a phone call away. Very patient and caring. We had a great time in Fairbanks this place is beautiful and spacious for 7 women!!!

Our stay had both positives and negatives.Prior to our arrival, the information we received stated that the Guest Host would contact us with the key code 24 hours before check-in. Approximately 10 hours before our arrival, we still had not received any communication. I texted, called, left a voicemail, and sent an email but received no response.After we landed in Fairbanks, I still had not heard from the Guest Host. I contacted VRBO customer support, and after arriving at the property and spending about 30 minutes on the phone, they were able to provide us with the key code so we could access the home. Throughout our stay, we never received a response from the Guest Host.The property itself has quite a few stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. It was generally clean, but it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. The front-loading washing machine had a noticeable moldy smell, likely because the door had been left closed instead of being aired out after use.On the positive side, all of the appliances worked properly. We had a family of eight, and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, and once we were able to get inside, our stay was enjoyable.
