You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

All the really important aspects of our trip that were influenced by the accommodations - they all went well. Issues we experienced …Outside - a foot from the sidewalk at the main entry - there was an open 8-inch vent to the sewer. I reported it the first day we were there thinking they would just repair it. They never fixed it. They asked me to cover it so it wasn’t dangerous. It was not fixed when we left. Neither stroller included with the condo was useable.The sofa was in poor condition. The upholstery along the top front edge was cracked and chipped. The pool was tiny, but it was as advertised. The damper on the kitchen trash can lid was broken and the lid crashed closed every time it was opened.I reported the strollers, sofa and trash can as I was checking out and they said they would fix it. You need to decide how important something like the open sewer vent is to you.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 5-bedroom home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is well-maintained — the house was clean, comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order.The host provided all the essentials you'd need for a short stay (toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags, etc.), which was a thoughtful touch. Just keep in mind that for longer trips, you'll want to bring some of your own supplies.One thing we really appreciated was receiving the check-in code about 4 hours before our scheduled arrival — it made the whole process smooth and stress-free.The amenities truly made this stay special. The clubhouse was a fantastic bonus, the pool was absolutely lovely, and the play structures kept our little ones entertained for hours. As a large family, finding a property that checks all the boxes isn't easy — but this one delivered!We would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it to any big family looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay together.

Our family went to Orlando for my uncle’s funeral who passed unexpectedly. We had to find accommodations for 12 in a very short time and amidst our grief, this house was a bright spot. It was very clean, matched the pictures as advertised and Wonder Vacations and Bruce were very communicative which made for an easy check in/out process. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate, and in good working condition. There was some wear and tear on the sofa but not glaring. The open floor plan easily accommodated our large group, with enough bedrooms and beds for our family. It’s conveniently located near a Publix, Marshall’s/TJ Maxx, Walmart and Target. So easy to get items anyone may have left at home. A few recommendations: 1. Larger towels: My daughter is 5’ 1, 93 lbs and she’s the only person that the towels actually fit completely: wrapped around and tucked in securely. I’m 5’4 and it fit me just barely. The rest of my family is tall, ladies 5’10 and men over 6’ 1”. It couldn’t get around them. We purchased our own towels which we took hime with us. And provide 3-pc towel sets, including wash cloths too. I recognize not all cultures use them, but they should be provided for those that do.2. More toilet paper. I’ve stayed in rentals in the US and Europe where each bathroom had a starter 4-pack of toilet paper. Especially for a home that accommodates 12, that would be advisable. Overall I would stay here again and would highly recommend to other friends and family.

Wasnt as in as good of shape as the other VRBO's serve stayed in. Many skuff marks on the walls and broken fixtures. Texted and emailed Wonder Vacation Homes about the AC not keeping the place cooler than 77 They sent out their handyman. I also mentioned to the handyman about the dryer not drying. He said he would be back either later that day or the next to replace the furnace filter and never showed. It never got cooler than 74 during the day.
