Asher Premier Beachfront Condo is my two bedroom modern, 880+ sq. ft. PENTHOUSE (NO NOISE FROM ABOVE NEIGHTHBORS) CORNER unit on Lake Michigan. This LAKE FACING unit is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps six adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom. a set of twin beds in the spare BR and a pullout queen size couch in the living area. All appliances has been recently replaced and the kitchen redecorated! This condo is considered to have one of the best Coastline views in the complex and maybe the whole town!!
The unit is both poolside and beachside and it features unbeatable sunsets and coastal views while sitting within the unit. The private pool is just steps away from your bed and the private beach(NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING - 21 stairs on the parking lot side and 35 stairsteps on the pool/terrace/beach/grills side).
The complex is next to a city Park which allows superior coastline lake and dunes views and just a short walk from the quaint downtown of South Haven where there are plenty of shops and great little restaurants and Breweries.
This historical town (founded in 1833) has two light houses guiding pleasure boats to the multiple marinas scattered along the Black river which runs through this idyllic town.
It takes only 20 minutes to drive from South Haven to Saugatuck, 30 minutes to Holland, two plus hours to Chicago and three hours to Detroit.
South Haven, not just a summertime destination!! Visit to see Fall colors or downhill skiing or long distance biking plus many festivals.

Nice space, beautiful views, very nice host. Spare room for a little hot, but my boys enjoyed the warmer space. Having a door in the spare room that led to the outdoor hallway was not ideal, but my boys are old enough to trust in there. The lake views and access was amazing plus access to a very nice pool. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location right on the water! Clean condo, lake views and walk ability to all the faves in South Haven! Could not ask for a better place in South Haven and the host is very communicative and responsive.

Wonderful view and clean and cute condo. 3rd floor stairs and hallway to get in. Would stay here again without question. Host was very communicative and supportive. Great beach and easy walk to town.

We stayed at the end of April, and they had covers and locks on the AC units. The high was 79 degrees our first day, it was very uncomfortable. We were told to open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans, which we did, but it did not help. The second day was about ten degrees cooler outside, but the temperature inside remained the same. It's as if the building held onto the heat. It didn't start to cool down until later that evening. Our third day, it was cold outside and felt better inside. The condo itself was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was amazing. The jets in the soaking tub did not work, but I had bubble bath, and it was still relaxing. The host was very communicative during our stay.
