We had an excellent time. Family friendly and easy access to the beach.

Had issues with guestbook but Tom fixed it right away. The condo did have a scent to it. Not a bad smell but just not a fresh smell. Was clean and looked just like photos.

The apartment is clean and the host was easy to communicate with. However, I only gave it 3 stars because for us it left a bit to be desired. The master bed was not comfortable and you roll into the middle. All of the beds squeaked a lot when you move and could use a good tightening. The kitchen was not great for a family that likes to cook all of their meals. The water quality in Hilton head is pretty bad and a brita filter or something would be appreciated. The wagon that you are able to use has the tiniest wheels and is hard to pull so we ended up finding it easier to carry our stuff. Maybe we are too bougie?
