The spacious living room offers two comfortable sofas, a large TV and a cozy area by the fireplace for cooler evenings.
The large, sunny terrace is accessible from the living room. The pool is located next to a seating area and comfortable sun loungers. This has a hot water shower cubicle (not visible). There are green areas around the house and a cozy hammock. There is a parking space on the completely fenced property, as well as another parking space in front of the house if required.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2 with two single beds each and bedroom 3 with a king-size double bed), each with a spacious closet and a desk that can also be used as a dressing table. There is a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub and bidet. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
