Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

Shores Breeze, Condo 2320 is located in the Shores of Panama Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $90 registration fee required by the resort for beach-access armbands and garage parking passes
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

This penthouse, "middle of the resort" condo showcases the best panoramic view on Panama City Beach! The guest room has a Queen bed, en-suite full bath with washer & dryer. Perfect for the kids, the bunkroom has a twin over twin bunkbed, TV with DVD player, and 1/2 bath right outside the door. The huge horseshoe-shaped pool includes private access to the gorgeous beach directly adjacent. Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided in the condo for guests to use. The resort has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
