Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
St. Simons Beach Club 311 is amazingly gorgeous! The new owners have upgraded everything. Features include, designer furnishings and appointments, granite counters, stainless appliances, and three plasma televisions. Beach Club 311 also features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
Each end-residence offers gorgeous ocean views from the living room, dining room, and two private balconies.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

We love the Beach Club and have stayed there many times. This unit is especially nice because it has a direct beach view. The beach has changed however. We had to walk through a swamp to get to the beach. Something needs to be done to make the beach easier to access.
