Welcome to Cottage On The Rocks! Our cozy open living floor plan, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage is nestled in the trees with a wooded view and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Perfectly located right in the heart of everything the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer! Enjoy a dip in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes in the winter and the trails in the summer. No matter what season you're visiting, enjoy a fire outside by the fire pit or indoors by the fireplace.
The Cottage can sleep 6 with a queen size air mattress that is perfect for kids/teens. Soft cotton bedding and blankets will keep you cozy, as well as newly added mini-split ac/heat added to both bedrooms.
Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee (the yard is great for dogs!). Paved parking in the front of the cottage and another gravel parking area on the backside of the cottage. 3 smart TV's all with Roku and ready to stream.
Perfectly located central location is right in the heart of everything the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer! 15 mins to downtown Banner Elk, 15 mins to Boone & Appalachian State, 20 mins to quaint Blowing Rock, 25 mins to the entrance at Grandfather Mountain and 25 mins to Linville Falls. Restaurants, shopping, hiking, skiing, alpine coaster, waterfalls and wineries are all conveniently nearby. We’d love to host your next North Carolina mountain vacation!

This cottage is conveniently located to restaurants, Banner Elk Village, Sugar Mountain, tubing, and Beech Mountain. But we also enjoyed the place— sitting in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and as a family, watching movies in the coziest of living rooms. The place was so clean that we could leave our boots at the door and walk around in socks!
We especially appreciated Hollie’s little touches that can make your stay the next level of comfortable. She had a snack basket, coffee pods, paper products, and even old towels that we could use for spills which came in handy with the dog to wipe her paws.
10/10 recommend! A wonderful getaway.

Cute place! Cute neighborhood! Close to Boone, Blowing Rock, and ski resorts. Loved having the jacuzzi!

We loved this cozy cottage! It’s very clean and the fireplace kept us warm for the abnormally low temperatures! There’s a beautiful view this time of year and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. I really enjoyed the location and the host is very nice and responded quickly. I will definitely be back during a warmer season to stay also!
