The property was immaculate. So much better than staying in a hotel, the price was excellent. All the comforts of your own home. We love having 2 bathrooms, also TV's in every room. 2 pools on the premises beach right up the block. You couldn't beat it.

This is an updated unit with nice decor. Couch was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked especially with a Keuric with pods. It is on the third floor which we like as not to hear footsteps above us. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a desk area for our days we had to work. Many beach items including two chairs were in the spare bedroom. This building has a hot tub on the main level. Both bathrooms had soap, body wash and conditioner in wall dispensers. Patio had a very nice high top table with two chairs. Our only concern was the need for a dresser in the spare bedroom which the owners said they will address.We would rent this unit again. Mary

The property's proximity to the beach with private access made it incredibly convenient. However, upon arrival, despite the property being advertised as non-smoking, we noticed a lingering cigarette/smoke smell, particularly noticeable in the master bedroom and bathroom. After reporting this to the property manager, she was understanding but unsure of the cause. Thankfully, antihistamines provided some relief. Additionally, the beds were squeaky, disrupting sleep whenever my spouse moved. Despite these challenges, we managed. There were also issues with the lockbox during checkout, necessitating a trip to the front office to return the keys. Throughout our stay, the property manager/owner remained courteous and helpful.
