CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. 2 vehicles allowed the majority of the year, with the exception of several holiday weeks. Only 1 vehicle allowed during the following holiday weeks: Memorial Week, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Also, HOA rules prohibits owners and guests from parking dually trucks in the parking lot. If you have a dually truck, please make alternative parking arrangements to ensure that all owners and guests can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free stay. Please contact rental company if you have any questions regarding parking.
*No trailers of ay kind allowed in parking lot.

This condo was great! Check-in was seamless and attentive throughout our stay. The beds seem a little worn and could be replaced. If you are sleeping in the master, you will get light coming in from the condo on the left at night…..it was very bright so we just closed the curtains the entire time. Only thing that we wished they had was a crockpot or air fryer to make dinners easier! The condo was large enough for 5 adults. We will be back!

The room is beautiful and well kept! It was a great space for our family (6 adults 1 toddler). It’s on the 2nd floor near the elevator and stair access. The fishing pier is incredible.
We traveled in 2 cars, upon arrival the group that arrived first were told that the 2nd car could not park on property. We had purchased the 2nd parking pass days in advance. When the 2nd arrived, we were told we could unload them had to move the car. Abby with Alabama getaway was helpful and apologetic. We were told we would be refunded the parking pass and the parking fee for the lot we had to go to. (Hasn’t happened yet but still optimistic)
To say we were inconvenienced by not having our vehicle on property is an understatement. Almost everywhere we wanted to go we needed a vehicle.
In addition, the gym does not have any of the equipment pictured and you have to hunt down the guard to let you in each time. It also stated a basketball court in the amenities, this is off property so we needed a car to get to it. I feel like for the amount of money that’s spent on these units, a courtesy call to notify us of the parking situation would have been appreciated. Overall, we made the best of it and enjoyed Orange Beach.
