This is a diamond in the rough as far as location is concerned! You cannot beat the price to be so close to the path to the beach. It was about a 1 1/2 - 2 minute walk! Now, the building is older and in need of a few cosmetic repairs and a new mattress or two - but we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Location is what made this property appealing. one house away from beach access, literally a 2 minute walk to beach (most of which was sandy trail to beach).
Unit is older but fairly updated. Lawn chairs that were provided were falling apart. NO DISHWASHER for those who feel that is important (not a big deal for us). Was not overly impressed with Kate, who wanted to complain more than getting the door unlocked between units (which took 4 days to open!). We loved the ability to walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Both kitchens well stocked but everything was very old. Beach towels are tiny ... truly big enough for a toddler but not an adult. Thankfully we brought our own.
