Fantastic location 10min walk to the beach or OB tide pools. Great views from 2nd level deck- lots of bird watching (coopers hawk & red masked parakeet) & amazing sunset view! I wasnt sure about spices, so I brought some but the kitchen is fully stocked with an assortment of spices. We loved the dining nook & comfortable furniture (couches & beds). Laundry room was stocked- We were happy to find laundry pods, fabric softener & dryer sheets for doing laundry. The property was beautiful, bathrooms were thoughtfully setup (I did a google search to find the sandalwood reed diffuser in the upstaira bathroom), and we felt welcomed with all the great amenities. Great place to celebrate my 50th with friends from different states!!

The house, location & sunsets are fantastic. We fell in love with this place and are planning to come back again if it's available. Beautiful !!! Good food nearby. Annual OB Chili cook-off & street fair event was happening during our stay which was only a few block away which added to more local fun times during our stay.
