Cute and clean houseboat. Mallony was a pleasure to communicate with and quick to respond. The sunrise views from the top of the boat were so beautiful. We even saw a sea lion! Its close proximity to downtown Sausalito made walking around so easy.

I'll try to keep this concise. The host is a rock star. Every detail of the boat was perfect for us. The location - perfect. The houseboat community - welcoming, genuine and people you want to meet. The houseboat itself - awesomely authentic with every need met. Super clean, amazing bed and linens, every kitchen utensil imaginable. September was an amazing month for us with awesome weather. Heading out in the mornings on the kayak was soul enriching. Wine on the back deck or apps on top can't be beat.The only potential drawback would be for someone who is not used to living on a houseboat. It's a somewhat unique experience - close quarters, clothes storage. But if you are at all experienced with even a short stay on a boat, then those issues are simply not an issue.It rained only a few days so we were blessed.Be sure to check out the weekly farmers market right around the corner; it's worth it. Sausalito also has plenty of great restaurants in every price range.For us, an overall 5-star experience.

The boat is essentially a tiny home on the water and exactly as represented in the listing. The owner Mallory was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very cute town. The houseboat is clean and updated. Has everything for cooking meals in too. The bed is very comfortable. Our favorite place was the top deck. We sat up there every evening to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Mallory was always responsive to messages and made a great video to show how to find the houseboat and use everything inside. It was a unique experience and I highly recommend it!
