Brand new construction on 2 1/2 acres. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of space for the whole family. Perfect location! Right on the OHV Trail System - walk out the door and right on to your snowmobile or ATV! Plenty of room in the driveway for your trailer! New for 2024 - a large fire pit area! Close to lakes, restaurants, skiing, hiking and beautiful waterfalls! New for 2024: window AC units for bedrooms (seasonal).

We were very pleased with the house. Easy parking. Instructions helped on place to go and what to do on exiting. We were very comfortable. The living area and kitchen floor were dirty with dirt and pet hair. I wiped the bottom of the chairs. I love pets have one of my own. Have others also. Overall I would come back. My 9 year old grandson played ball in the front yard.

Another fantastic weekend spent.......we enjoyed the shooting stars, the fire pit and the accessibility to the trails. Can't wait for our return visit in September!!

Lori's place was a perfect place to stay, tucked away on Tug Hill. It was great to unwind and relax. We have a large, enclosed trailer with a truck and a second vehicle and there was even enough room for a friend to come unload there as well, so parking was great. Would definitely visit again!!!
