This was a beautiful and well-maintained condo that met all our expectations. Tom did a wonderful job of communicating so that everything we needed to know to operate the electronics and appliances was provided so no back and forth was needed and we could just relax and enjoy our time. The view was spectacular and there are a ton of local restaurants to try. There is a well-stocked storage space with everything you need for fun on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The refrigerator was dirty and old food from previous renters was left inside. Overall cleaning couldn’t been better. There was, from what I’m assuming coffee, spilled all down the stairs and the place was noticeably dusty. The couch was probably the worst couch I’ve ever sat on. Felt like wood with a piece of fabric overtop.
