Indoors you’ll find a large dining room table and kitchen island with counter height stools. For al-fresco evenings, there is additional dining/seating on the covered back deck with a gas grill. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen, featuring brand new appliances and amenities: a blender, griddle, waffle maker, lobster pot, 4-in-1 coffee maker (lattes anyone?), bakeware and cookware. For extra food/beverage storage needs, a second full size refrigerator is located on the ground floor. The main floor is rounded out with ample seating in the living room for multi-family gatherings, an electric fireplace and a powder room off the side for convenience. The home comfortably sleeps 13 guests in five bedrooms: on the main floor you’ll find a primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and large closet. There are 4 additional bedrooms on the top floor: Two rooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, and one hallway full bath (with tub) is also available. Make your beach days easy with 10 beach chairs, toys, two beach carts, and umbrellas provided for you.
