No pets are allowed. Parties are prohibited. We would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down out of respect for the neighbors. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory. Trash must be emptied and dishes washed and put away. Bed linen and towels are included. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Additional charges on site: - Electricity consumption is extra. - A security deposit of €900 is required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure.
