The stylish decor centers around this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit & sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy!
The Space:
Sit back, relax and live the beach life in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom coastal suite! This home has two queen sized beds and a beautiful balcony with a partial ocean view, making it the perfect vacation for 2-4 guests.
This sixth floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flatscreen TV, comfy queen sized sofa bed and a dinette set. Down the hall is a cozy Queen Bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay.
Enjoy free high speed Wireless Internet and Roku Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps!(Please note, this unit does NOT include cable TV) Brew your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise views Florida is famous for from your private balcony.
Guest Access:
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Once you have entered the lobby go to the front desk to pick-up your 2 physical keys, (1) lobby key and (1) room key. If you are arriving any time AFTER 5:00 p.m., you will need to retrieve your keys from the lockbox outside, to the left of the front lobby door. Once you have received your keys, use the elevator inside the lobby to go to your floor. You need your lobby key to enter and exit the pool area, so make sure to always keep your keys with you.

Daytona Beach is famous for its motorsports, events, golfing, shopping and, of course, iconic white sand beaches! Staying at the Sunglow Resort puts you in the center of all Daytona Beach has to offer. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, there is no shortage of fun and entertainment! Enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk to visit the Pier next door and grab dinner on the water at Crabby Bill's. If you prefer an escape, take the day to explore the World Center of Racing or enjoy a ride down the scenic 34-mile "Loop." All of this and more is right outside your front door when your book your stay in Daytona Beach with us!
Getting Around:
Daytona Beach Shores is a very walkable area with the beach, boardwalk and pier right outside your door! If you're looking to use a ride-share service, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the beach area, as public parking can be limited. Cars are allowed on the beach for a $20 fee if you choose to use your own vehicle to explore during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
- KEYS: Please return the keys back into the lockbox and lock it prior to your departure in order to avoid penalty fees that may apply for stolen property.
- There are NO pets of any kind allowed on the premises.
- The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy!
-The outdoor beach shower tower is located on the pool deck, allowing for quick cleans after a trip on the beach.
- This property does not have Cable TV. Thanks for understanding.
- Guests will only receive one parking permit upon arrival. Additional vehicles will have to be parked offsite at a location of their choosing.

Picked for ocean view & beach access—did not disappoint. Balcony’s 2 chairs a great setting to decompress. Unit compact but sensibly laid-out; good size for couple willing to share bathroom. Clean. Checkin info provided days ahead. (Lockbox looks like padlock but flip for dials on bottom.) 2 sets of keys. Luggage carts in lobby. Comfy 3-seat sofa chair in small LR. Pix are accurate for furniture in all spaces. Kitchen has basics; fancy chefs should bring special gear needed. Many nearby restaurants. Supplies on hand for Keurig percolator, a welcoming touch. Bed cushy & soft; extra pillows & covers supplied. (Platform extends past mattress—cushion corners w/ towels to prevent shin bumps.) If charging phones bedside, bring long cable; 1 side has limited outlet access. Note: WiFi was strong & EZ to access. But if dependent on TV, check ahead to confirm Roku access. Prior renter left system wonky, so ensure ready for you. EZ beach access direct from deck; bathrooms & taps for rinsing feet right at poolside vending machines in lobby. Bath towels 3 beach towels supplied. Beach: Clean. Mild waves but relatively shallow. Didn’t spot lifeguards, keep eyes on toddlers & tides: hi-tide beach gets narrow. Cars park on dry sand; bring chairs or mats for sitting on hard-pack wet sand where non-car visitors set up. Lovely, quiet beach when not spring break. Pool & tub clean & inviting w/ many lounge chairs, tables, grills poolside bathrooms. Excellent value.

We had a partial ocean view that was wonderful for the sunrise. This is a great location, we will definitely be going back. I would recommend this condo to all of my friends and family.

Sunglow was very easy to find. Check-in was a breeze. The condo was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the view and the balcony. We weren't there much so we didn't get to the pool area. We were visiting family or seeing some of the sites. After we checked out this morning we went to the chocolate factory then drove on the beach. So sad to see the damage left from the hurricanes. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach around Silver Beach and crews working on the seawall. Good to see the progress that has been and is being made. We had a very good stay!
