The main floor is the heart of the home, anchored by a large kitchen and living room centered around a fireplace, with a dining room and extra living space on either side. The kitchen includes 2 full refrigerators, a pair of ovens, an undercounter ice maker, 3 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for the largest of groups. A media room with its own fully equipped secondary kitchen, plus a bonus living room, provide more options for gathering. 3 dining tables and bar stool seating for 12 mean the whole group can eat together. This floor also holds a primary King suite with a luxurious private bath featuring a double vanity, soaker tub, and shower, along with 2 more King bedrooms, one facing the beach and one with lagoon views, both with private baths. The beachside King bedroom is handicap accessible, and every bedroom on this floor has direct deck access. A full bath, a half bath, and a laundry room round out the level.

The middle floor holds the majority of the home's sleeping space, with 7 bedrooms surrounding a common room that opens into the expansive main floor living room atrium. This extra gathering space is enhanced by a wet bar with an undercounter icemaker and beverage fridge. 2 of these bedrooms feature a pair of Queen beds along with a pair of Twin daybeds, while the remaining 5 are King bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bath featuring a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. Every bedroom on this floor enjoys stunning Gulf or lagoon views, direct deck access, and a private bathroom. A laundry room adds everyday convenience.

The top floor gives teens their own private hangout, with a game room featuring a foosball table, air hockey table, a large TV, and a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, undercounter ice maker, and microwave. 2 bunk rooms with 7 built-in Twins each are served by 2 full baths, and the floor also opens onto a deck with beachfront and lagoon views.

Outside, every floor offers expansive decks with 360-degree views that are sure to impress. A private hot tub on the main floor deck offers the perfect spot to take in both sunrise and sunset. On the ground level, guests will find a large private heatable pool and a spacious outdoor living area, with a charcoal grill making outdoor entertaining simple. The home also offers easy access to a private beach via a dune walkover, with an outdoor shower on hand for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

This breathtaking beach house sits at the serene end of West Beach, only a few hundred feet from the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. No events are allowed. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
