Our lovely, newly renovated 27 m² studio is cozy and stylish.
You’ll be welcomed into a soft, pastel-colored atmosphere designed to ensure a restful stay. The studio features a sleeping area with a double bed, a dining area with a table and two chairs, and a living area with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. (Please note: the sofa is not a sleeper sofa.)

This studio is located on the 10th floor (there are 2 elevators in the building) and offers a beautiful three-quarter view of the sea and the seawall. A bathroom with a bathtub; a private restroom with a hair dryer and an iron.
Several free parking lots are located around the residence, within a 10-minute walk at most.

We are looking for respectful, non-smoking seasonal guests, as we have personally taken care of everything here, right down to the decor.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets—not because we don’t like them, but because I have allergies, and we also enjoy our space from time to time.
