The luxury kitchen overlooks the dining area and offers brand new cabinetry, dazzling granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It's well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare a scrumptious meal for the entire family. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the laundry room equip with a stackable washer and dryer and neighboring half bath.

Walking upstairs you will find three bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king-sized bed, flat screen television, and private balcony with sliding glass doors. The master bathroom boasts a large mirrored closet and double vanity with stunning granite countertops and a separate room for the walk-in shower and toilet area.
