CHARMING BEACHFRONT TOWNHOME IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Casa de Juega is a charming, true beachfront townhome located in the Las Olas section of Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, with lovely views of the Sea of Cortez. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.
BEDROOMS – The master suite includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with access to a hallway bathroom. The third bedroom serves as a second master suite, complete with a king bed, a private exterior entrance, and a beautifully tiled bathroom.
KITCHEN & LIVING – The fully equipped kitchen includes most small appliances — a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave (please note: no dishwasher). The living and dining area features a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs) and opens directly onto a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Enjoy the ocean-view patio, furnished for relaxing or dining, complete with a charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal) and an outdoor foot shower for rinsing off after the beach.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, reliable Wi-Fi, a local telephone, and Satellite TV with DVD/VCR, CD, and radio.
PET-FRIENDLY – This home is pet-friendly with a $75 fee per pet. No smoking permitted inside.

Loved the location and the place was a great family trip and everyone enjoyed it. host responded quickly on questions that I had , loved the views was nice to sit outside and have my coffee in the morning. air conditioner worked great as it was a hot weekend and rooms were clean.

If you’re looking for a place that’s outside the hustle of the Malecon and resorts, staying in Las Conchas is a great choice. Casa de Juega is fantastic. It’s on a beautiful and very clean section of beach, quiet mornings and evenings, occasional vendor offering fresh mangoes and beverages, and right on the water.Just know that there are some quirks about stays in this area. Water can be low pressure and need to be mindful of use, septic systems, etc. Nothing major but just something to be mindful of.Highly recommend renting direct with Oceano! They are quick to respond to inquiries and provide assistance whenever needed whenever we needed something.

Javier was amazing at check in. He helped us out with great information and directions. House was incredible! They have bidets!! Surprised it took so long to realize the value on septic. Make sure to bring your own drinking water or plan on buying some there. Will stay again and again. Looking forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed the property as we were on the beach. The property had some sort of a water leak while we were there so we had workers around the property the entire weekend. There wasn't any hot water. The property management company made arrangements for us to use another unit for showers. Just know that you are limited on the amount of water use for each person staying at the house.
