With 13 bedrooms and 13 full baths accommodating up to 36 guests, Lemonade Stand is built for big gatherings. A private pool, heatable October through May for an extra $60/day, and an elevator add convenience and comfort throughout, while an expansive living room, dining room, poolside decks, and an intimate family room give the group plenty of places to spread out and relax. Porches line every floor of the house, offering stunning views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon.

The lower floor holds 5 bedrooms, including 2 King bedrooms with a direct path to the pool via the porch and deck, a King and a Queen bedroom, both with daybeds and trundles and access to beach-view private porches, and a final King bedroom at the center of the floor. All feature en suite bathrooms. A family room with a smart TV offers a peaceful gathering space, and 2 laundry areas add extra convenience.

The main floor focuses on gathering, with a large living room and ample seating on the east side and a dining area with space for even large groups on the west side. 2 side-by-side kitchens are fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 beverage coolers, 2 undercounter ice machines, 2 double ovens, 4 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. This floor also includes 2 King bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to private porches overlooking the pool, along with 2 hall half baths.

The top floor rounds out the sleeping accommodations with 6 bedrooms: 2 King bedrooms with daybeds and access to poolside private porches, 2 King bedrooms with daybeds and trundles and access to private beach-view porches, and 2 Queen bedrooms at the center, each with a private bath. Two additional laundry areas on this floor add extra usability and convenience.

Outside, Lemonade Stand offers ample space for relaxation, dining, and poolside living with a private heatable pool surrounded by a large deck, and an outdoor shower makes moving between the pool and house easy. The pool is directly adjoined by overlooking porches and a deck with yet more space for al fresco dining. Underneath the house, a spacious covered gathering area offers charcoal grills and 4 12-foot picnic tables for additional dining and gathering opportunities. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk west at the 12th Street public beach access, which includes nearby parking, outdoor showers, and a public restroom. Beach essentials like sand chairs and wagons are provided for guest convenience.

Located directly across from the beach in West Beach, just 2 miles west of Hwy 59, the home is close to local restaurants and shops, and only half a block from Waves Market and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. The house is also Pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $290 each. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
