Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on the 11th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the heart of the beautiful Animas Valley. Located just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort our home is central to everything the region has to offer. Our home features A/C, washer/dryer, 1 car garage, and fantastic patio with a gas grill over looking the 11th fairway and the waterway.
The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes, a welcome lush oasis in the arid southwest landscape. Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile from our home. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities providing immediate access to a variety of recreational opportunities including -- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed (located on the main level with a TV and en suite bath)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd level with a TV)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd level with a TV)
We can accommodate 2 cars at this home. Per HOA regulations cars are not allowed to be parked on the street. You may park in the garage and driveway. RV, trailers, ect. are prohibited.
The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional support animals.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Great location in Dalton Ranch.Very good service from VRC, check in easy, very responsive to questions and a maintenance issue.The general condition of the property is fair. The front walk is overgrown with plants on either side.The unbeatable views would be better if the the bushes on either side of the patio were cut back. They block the views to the right and left, many bees in the bush on the left.The grill is very old, rusted and sort of serviceable. Tried to grill three time, only able to light the grill twice. Need a new one.The armrest of one patio chair is unravelling, and all the cushions are very old and mostly ripped on at least one side. The sliding patio door needs care in opening and will not stay fully closed unless a stick is inserted in the track and against door.The layout of the townhouse is very good and the downstairs bedroom and bath are very nice.The property just need some TLC in order to receive five stars.

We really enjoyed the patio and being able to watch the golfers come by and watch the wildlife in the creek right off the patio. We watched a little beaver working along the banks of the creek every day. Inside, the house was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. And, if you are in town to play golf, this house is less than a minute’s drive from a great golf course. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Durango.

Such an amazing townhouse in a golf community in a great location just north of Durango. Being next to a small store and across from Durango Hot Springs was perfect!!The condition of the townhouse was great. There was bountiful room and space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. And a huge garage that even easily fit our large truck with ease!Only a few small hiccups and things I would recommend to make it the PERFECT place: - have a few electrical extension cords on hand (for device charging in convenient places - the washer had issues... but the Management Company was responsive & helped us above & beyond - a Keurig would be better than a old coffee maker (& less wasteful) - the patio glass door needs repair to make it easy for everyone - the fridge ice maker needs help - make it easier to access the Bose Sound Bar for the TV. It's location makes it difficult to work the remoteAside from those minor issues, the rooms were great, the Master Bath was HUGE, the Master bathtub & shower we so spacious!! Plenty of comfy seating in the Living Room. Even easy to plug in our own personal Roku to the main TV.Next time we are in Durango, I would LOVE to stay here again!!! HIGHLY recommend!

Located in a beautiful neighborhood just north of Durango. Home is very comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again.
