Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; new carpet April 2023.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV, & blackout drapes
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.
Linens/towels furnished.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

The property and room were amazing, a little hard with traffic to pull into the drive way depending on which way you’re going but aside from that it was perfect. We took our son to the beach for the first time and stayed here. Couldn’t have been better, would stay again for sure!! We also saw dolphins from our balcony.

Place smells musty, floors were not cleaned well. Beds in side room are so uncomfortable . We slept on the couch and on patio. Overall the condo is very pretty and well equipped.

The condo has a very worn furniture and old dirty carpet. Had issues with fridge and toilet which the manager took care of.
