Hot water and air conditioning! Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Such a short few steps to the beach that it felt like we were right on the beach. Kitchen had almost everything needed, WiFi worked great. Good times.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Cozy house on the beach with great views and nice hot water for the shower. Only thing was trying to find matches to light the gas stove to cook our fish that we caught that day.

Reviewer Comments:
the beds and bedding were not comfortablethe kitchen was a bit grimey - esp the fridge. The fridge and freezer were not working well, but not bad enough to call Oceano and disturb our stay.
