Summary:

A 3,500+ square foot home plus a fully equipped Airstream camper on a private acre on Wilmington Island, about 10 minutes to Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes to Tybee Beach.



Main house: 5 bedrooms (9 beds), 3 full bathrooms, a ground floor master suite and guest king room, and an upstairs den with a smart TV. Airstream: a separate camper that sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 to 2 children, with its own small kitchen and bathroom.



Quiet, wooded setting with a garage, a basketball hoop and hammocks. Dog friendly in the house. No pets in the Air.



The Space:

A renovated single family home on an acre of land, set back from the road with no close neighbors on either side.



Ground floor: A master suite with a king bed, a walk in closet and a private bathroom with a walk in shower, a jetted tub and a double vanity. Across the hall is a second king bedroom. The ground floor also has a second full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with new appliances, and a dining room that seats six with access to a screened porch. A mudroom off the kitchen holds a washer and dryer and leads to the garage.



Upstairs: Three bedrooms, one full bathroom with a double vanity, and a den with a 65 inch smart TV, board games and seating for five or six. Two bedrooms each have two queen beds. The third and largest has two queen beds and a double bed.



The Airstream: A 25 foot Eddie Bauer edition camper with a queen bed, a convertible dinette that sleeps one or two more, a small kitchen and its own bathroom.



Outdoors: A garage with a basketball hoop, hammocks, and an acre of wooded, private land.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the house, the Airstream and all listed amenities. A few interior closets stay locked, they hold linens and cleaning supplies for turnover, and guests have plenty of clean linens and towels for their stay.



The garage can be used to park, to load and unload, or to play basketball at the hoop inside.



Up to six vehicles may park on site: two in the garage, two in the driveway and two by the Airstream. Please do not park on grass.



The Neighborhood:

The home is on Wilmington Island in a quiet, wooded part of Savannah known locally as The Islands, about 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island Beach. A Publix, Walmart, gas stations, restaurants and bars are a few minutes away.



The driveway is shared with one neighboring house further down the drive. Please do not drive past the first brick house on the left, turning around further in is difficult for larger vehicles. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is needed to get around, the roads here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive and Tybee Island is about 15 minutes.



A Publix grocery store is about 3 minutes away. The nearest 24 hour urgent care is about 6 minutes away in Whitemarsh.



Other Things to Note:

Insects: the property is sprayed quarterly, but palmetto bugs, wasps and other insects can still appear, especially outdoors. Keep doors and windows shut and keep food in the kitchen and dining areas.



Parking: up to six vehicles, do not park on grass, it can damage the irrigation system.



Pets: dog friendly in the house only, no pets in the Airstream. Pet fee is $25 per dog per day.



Early check-in or late check-out, when available, is $50 per hour, please ask in advance.



Interaction with Guests:

We live close by and are available day and night by phone or through the app.



Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock. Codes and instructions are sent through the app at 3 PM on your arrival day, with step by step entry instructions in the check-in guide.
