- Outdoor space includes new 6-person hot tub, outdoor propane firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs, 4-burner BBQ grill, covered west-facing patio with ample seating, 2 hammocks and corn hole!
- Garage is accessible and features MARIO game room. Includes media center with original Nintendo (2 controllers) chocked full with all the classic games and N64 (2 controllers) with Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, and Mario Party. All hooked up to 65” Roku TV. Garage also includes Ms. Pacman arcade game.
- Garage allows for parking of full size vehicle. Also has level 2 EV charging station, which is equipped with J1772 and Tesla charging adapters.
- Park the boat or RV in front of the home on the street, or in the side yard. Neighborhood has two entry/exit points - no turnarounds required! Side yard includes access to 230V charger and hose bib/potable water hookup.
- Brand new LG washer & dryer available for guest use in mud room (2025). Mud room also includes large wash basin.

This house was very nice. We would absolutely come here again. It feels very clean. The hot tub was great. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the whole set up. We appreciated all the extras they had in the house for us to use. They were a very gracious host. It’s a beautiful area with easy access to so many different parks. We visited both the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon.

Overall a great property. House was very clean and had nice amenities like a waffle bar and other things. We had an issue where the breaker was tripped when we arrived. Hosts were very communicative and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. My kids enjoyed the little game room in the garage and my family had a great time. It is just down the street from the majority of the tours for the upper antelope canyon, so if you want a location that is super convenient and close to Antelope Canyon, then this one is it.

Red Rock Hangout was a great start to our week long vacation in the region. The hosts, Doug and Lauren, have thought of so much... the kitchen is well equipped and as someone who actually enjoys cooking a few days on vacation we really appreciated the spices, coffee and creamer. The outdoor space is very relaxing and the hot tub is an added plus. The beds are super comfortable and the master shower is a treat all unto itself. Not only is the property located near all kinds of restaurants and shopping, it is very well situated to Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell and other points of interest. Doug and Lauren were very responsive and communicative hosts. Easy check-in/check-out with very clear directions for the house. I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely book again if we are in the region. Thank you.
