Upon entering your property, you are welcomed with a fresh and modern kitchen that leads into the lounge room on the left and dining area on the right. Through the lounge there is a large entertainment/kids room, with a Ping pong table this being a great space for families to be able to play games together. Throughout the house there is an air conditioner in the living area and in the master bedroom maximising the comfort for the holiday guests. There are three bedrooms, two that have built-in wardrobes being convenient for guest. There are two spacious modern bathrooms, one being the ensuite and the other being the main bathroom/ toilet for the home. The landscaped garden introduces a unique addition to the house that invites a tranquil atmosphere as you make your way along the pebbled path to the cute picnic bench.
