We are ready to host you for a great vacation! This beautiful home is located in Branson Cove, a vacation neighborhood packed with amenities for your group to enjoy! The location is also ideal, just minutes from all the adventures Branson has to offer! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!

Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!
The Neighborhood:
Branson Cove is beautiful vacation home neighborhood boasting of luxury! All the amenities you could want are just out the front door! Walk across the street to the outdoor pool (open seasonally) and enjoy swimming in the refreshing water on a warm summer day! Your kiddos will also love the water slide into pool and there is even a splash pad area for the littles. But swimming year round is still an option with the indoor pool that stays open all year long! The neighborhood playground will be another big hit for your kids to enjoy or roast some s'mores around the neighborhood fire pit on a cool evening! Right next to the fire pit is a path down to Table Rock Lake where you can skip rocks on the water, try some fishing, or just soak in the view!
Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 13 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 14 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Really nice house a bunch of space for a family vacation nice bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms, the tvs were a little problem, they didn't work right at first but they did work then !!!would definitely recommend these people!!!!very nice and a beautiful house well maintained

Quite a few things were banged up such as the coffee table, basketball goal, deck rail, etc but still a really nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. A few things could have made our stay better.What we loved - very clean, location was close to marina and state park, big house with plenty of room for all 29 of us, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. Beds were comfortable. Private hot tub! The decks were great and plenty of seating for meals. Lots of plates and cups. High chair, playpen and booster seats. The community pool with slide and water park was nice. Everyone loved the pickle ball courts (bring your own paddles and balls). Nice to have a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish soap. Also hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. What could have been better - the house only had silverware for about 15 people. We had to run out to get plastic silverware. Closest store is about 15 minutes away. We grilled one night and realized the propane tank was empty and the two on the front porch were also empty. We found one in the fire table we were able to use. Fresh tanks were delivered the next day. The basketball game was broken. The foosball table did not have balls. The corn hole game was also broken. We brought lawn games but really nowhere to play them. No sidewalks in the community which was difficult with a young child. A couple of smoke alarms were missing. One hand towel per bathroom was provided. No extra blankets for the beds and my in-laws were freezing. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Just a few disappointments.

It was good. Clean and easy to find. It not problem was that we had a chirping smoke alarm. The host respond to help but did not respond on the follow up text.
