The property consists of several levels: the villa is built on the highest level, allowing you to enjoy a fabulous view of the sea and mountains. In addition, the villa features a private beach, accessible directly from the lush garden. This vacation villa is located near one of Bali’s best-known surfing beaches, Balian Beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms, is modern and comfortably furnished, and can accommodate 5 adult guests (and 1 infant).

Built in the Javanese Joglo style, this fully equipped villa offers a harmonious blend of Javanese architecture and Balinese nature. Our 250-square-meter beachfront villa consists of an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite guest bedroom with a large, comfortable bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room. Here you’ll find a TV and a DVD player with DVDs to enjoy while relaxing on the large sofa. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The dining room features a large wooden table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, and refrigerator.

From the patio, sweeping steps lead to a path of stepping stones across the wooden walkway to the “Platar House,” a combined open-air bar, kitchen, dining room, and lounge. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean views with a nice glass of sparkling wine while you have your dinner prepared in the outdoor kitchen or on the adjacent charcoal grill. The staff takes great pleasure in preparing dinner for you using freshly caught seafood, including lobsters, supplied by local fishermen who head out early in the morning to catch them. The villa is surrounded by a vast tropical garden where you can pick (and taste!) fresh local fruits and vegetables such as bananas, hot peppers, mangoes, papayas, tomatoes, and many others. On the lowest level, you’ll find a 40-square-meter kidney-shaped infinity pool with four luxury sun loungers.

Bedrooms:
The main building consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms: a master bedroom, the Bapake Room (30 square meters), and a bedroom with a large, comfortable bunk bed, the Bochahe Room (20 sqm). The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite outdoor bathroom. Built with natural stone and featuring a wonderful rain shower, as well as a hand shower and double sink, this bathroom is a true delight. Imagine showering in the open air, surrounded by tropical temperatures and the scents and colors of Bali. Upon request, an extra bed can be added to this room. The master bedroom opens directly onto a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise with a nice, cool sea breeze.
The second bedroom features air conditioning, as well as a private bathroom with a rain shower, hand shower, and sink. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate 3 adults. There is a bunk bed; the lower bed, which is 160 cm wide, can accommodate 2 adults, and the upper bed is 120 cm wide. This room offers plenty of space to sleep and relax comfortably.

Relaxation:
Enjoy a stunning view while sitting in the Chandik Kolo Bale, overlooking the blue ocean. This rustic wooden pavilion is situated at the tip of the property and offers spectacular sunset views. The Chandik Kolo Bale is the ideal spot for yoga or meditation. The sound of the waves and the beautiful sea view will let you drift away into a trance-like state and leave you completely relaxed. The Chandik Kolo Bale can also be transformed into a romantic outdoor dining area where dinner can be served while you enjoy the sunset with your loved ones.

Transfer:
The nearest airport is “Ngurah Rai” in Denpasar, a modern international airport. We can arrange for a car and driver to pick you—and your guests—up from the airport free of charge. From the moment you arrive at the airport, you’re in good hands and supported by our villa staff. The transfer from the airport to the villa takes about 1½ hours.

Staff:
You’ll enjoy full service from your own private staff. Daily housekeeping will clean all rooms and make your beds; a cook will prepare delicious breakfasts (free of charge) and dinners; a gardener will maintain the pool; and a freelance driver will take you safely and comfortably on day trips to all the must-see destinations Bali has to offer.
