This three-bedroom and three-bath standalone townhome is one of the Kona’s most desirable properties with stunning ocean views, an outdoor dining space, and access to a beautiful oceanfront pool. One of just 12 units in the community, this home offers a private retreat where you’ll also be just a 3-minute walk from the famous Magic Sands Beach Park.
The Home
Step into this home and immediately enjoy 2,000 square feet of island charm. The heart of this space is the first floor living areas, as they offer the best of indoor/outdoor living. The large double-slide pocket doors reveal beautiful ocean views and a spacious lanai, extending your living space to the outdoors. Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with a Cal-king bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom, and its own private lanai with ocean views. Across the hall, there is a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There’s a third bedroom on the main floor, featuring a king bed or option for twin beds upon request. You’ll also have air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home to ensure a comfortable experience.

Of course, there’s always plenty of nature to enjoy outside of the property – you’ll be surrounded by beach parks where snorkeling adventures are just a simple walk away from the complex’s gate. For nearby dining, walk a short distance to the seaside Magic’s Grill, or drive just 5 minutes north or south on Alii Drive for charming shopping, restaurants, and farmers markets.

This rental supremely exceeded our expectations! Communication was excellent - always prompt to respond and the team was able to accommodate last minute asks (pack and play, early check-in, etc.). The house itself was even better than the pictures, the view in particular. It was such a treat to enjoy ocean views from the main living area and the master bedroom. Perhaps the best part for us was the location. Magic Sands beach being just a few minutes away was perfect for our family's beach needs, especially considering sandy beaches are so hard to come on this part of the island. The downtown, restaurants, etc. were are very easily accessible by car. The house was one of the highlights of our trip and we'd recently stay again! Thanks team for the hospitality.

Great property with tons of beach gear and convenient outdoor shower! Lanai perfect for enjoying oceanfront meals. Interior beautifully decorated. Perfect for family of 6 and would definitely return.

The house was stunning, spacious, and the ocean view even better than the pictures. It was just as represented if not better. We watched the sunset every day over the beach. The house itself was decorated beautifully and incredibly well stocked. The pantry had basic staples like cooking oil, herbs, and seasonings. Tons of dishes and cookware. There were 6 beach chairs, at least 2 umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, snorkeling gear, beach toys, beach and pool towels, and full laundry supplies. We arrived to find a perfectly clean house with a very large basket of fresh fruit and a hand written welcome note. Little touches like these and great communication by the host made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place! Nice and spacious, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a great patio to hang out on. We were happy that there were beach chairs and umbrellas to use during our stay. There were two parking spots for the place which was perfect for us. Magic Sands beach is just a short walk away which is one of our favorite beaches. Also the Magic Sands Grill is a tasty place to eat and that and the beach shack are right past the beach.
