Waikiki is Hawaii's number one tourist destination. The penthouse condo has ocean views and is steps away from Waikiki Beach and has a partial view of the iconic slopes of Diamond Head Crater. It is a short walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Hale Koa and Royal Hawaiian Hotel. With a complete renovation in 2018, it's the best of both worlds, the quaint 1960's Waikiki with jalousie windows, original teak parquet flooring in entrance and living room, exquisite tile bathrooms and flooring in both baths and kitchen. Enjoy your stay with covered parking, wifi internet, and cable television which are included at no extra charge. As of August of 2019, we have split A/C throughout - in each of the 3 bedrooms and in the living room/dining room areas. In 2026 we upgraded the floors to Opulux Grandeur. There are no hidden resort fees, and families of 8 persons can stay together with all of the amenities of home & more!
Nearby are the 500-acre Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo and some of Hawaii’s finest restaurants and hottest nightspots. It beckons a slower time, listening to Hawaiian music and enjoying a cocktail from the expansive wrap-around lanai. Just a few paces to the end of Beach Walk road is the Halekulani and the The House without a Key, a popular indoor/outdoor gathering spot immortalized in a 1925 Charlie Chan novel of the same name.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this penthouse while on Oahu! I knew it was going to be nice based on the photos and reviews online, but it exceeded my expectations. Having the entire top floor of the building was a treat. The wraparound deck provides fantastic views (again, better than I think the pics online suggest), and has plenty of comfortable seating for spending time under the sun or stars. There were several nice “extras” such as beach equipment/etc. As for location, if you’re planning to shop and eat in HNL, all the best spots are within a 5-10 minute walk. The same goes for Waikiki Beach. The owner provided extremely detailed check-in instructions and was available by phone, which came in handy because it’s still a little tricky figuring it out the first time. Once it was clear that the driveway/entrance to the building is through a space where a shaved ice business operates, all was well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a three bedroom condo.

Great stay for our family of 4. Property was clean and well appointed. The parking spot is very convenient and close to the elevator. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and good quality bed sheets. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner so it made it easy to cool off before bed since we don't run the AC during the day when we are not there. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is that there are people that live in the building that come up to the penthouse floor to look-out at the water/surf. We are used to keeping doors/windows open for air flow and it was a little alarming for us and our teenage daughter to have a man standing right out side of our condo door with binoculars. My husband and I did go over to ask what he was doing and he explained that the building residents come up to use the penthouse floor to look out. There were a few beach chairs a deck box full of snorkels, hats, beach toys as well. Management was great when I let them know that a fan was not working when we arrived so we purchased a new box fan to leave in it's place, so there are two working box fans that help with air flow. There is a great filtered water pitcher for filling water bottles as well as ice trays in the freezer for ice. There is an ABC store just in the next building as well as a Long's right around the corner for any supplies needed. We would stay here again and feel the location was great.

Great location to everything. It was kind of hard checking in because instructions were kind of complicated. Very frustrating that we could get are parking spot for over two hours because a cleaning person was parked there. Overall the stay and the accommodations were great. Thanks!
