Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes Pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

This cute little place was conveniently located to so much. Most of the time i left my car parked and walked everywhere. The private, fenced backyard was great for my dogs. Also, about a mile away, there is a large dogpark that we often went to. Host responded promptly when i had questions or concerns.
