Just as advertised and convenient to the amphitheater.

Such an adorable place! We came to the area for the NASCAR street race on the naval base and stayed 5 nights. We would definitely stay again. Everything was very clean. A mini bottle of shampoo & body wash that smell great are provided. Bring your own for an extended stay. Stretching out in the huge bed at the end of a long day was wonderful. No problems with communication. The hosts even provided some ideas for bars that might be showing the race on Sunday after we’d decided to sell our tickets for that day. The only issue we had was something the hosts had no control over. A neighbor’s dog barked a lot the first night and woke me up. After that night it was much better.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The kitchenette was convenient, and the property had everything we needed for a great stay. The only suggestion I would make is to provide laundry detergent/soap for guests using the washer. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would happily stay here again and recommend this property to other travelers.

This was an excellent location for visiting our family in SoCal. Perfect for couples with a kitchenette, private patio, and washer dryer. The only criticism is that the shower head is waaaaaaay up high and not adjustable. But that is just me being VERY picky. Bottom line, great location, great hosts.
