We went to St Augustine for a girls trip. This house was perfect for us!! We walked through a lovely porch, opened the door and were met with fabulous air conditioning!! The AC worked great which was honestly the most important thing since it was summer in Florida. We could tell immediately that this cottage was loved and well taken care of. The decor was so nice and relaxing. They supplied everything we needed, plenty of towels and washcloths, iron, ironing board, many extras like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. One thing we were unsure of was beach gear. It wasn’t listed in the listing. We were happily surprised! They had towels, chairs and an umbrella! Everything we needed. There was a patio in the back with seating and a table. They supplied menus and brochures for the area which were helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and we felt safe the entire time. We saw many peacocks, which we loved, and tons of lizards-all outside, none in the house. We were within easy walking distance of the Fountain of Youth and the old jail. Getting to old downtown was an easy drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house for your trip!

Great location & pricing. Went to stay for my son's college graduation. Everything was within a few minutes drive. Will stay again :)

We went to play golf and also tour St Augustine. Were able to do both easily. Great location for Hop on Hop Off Trolley tour (house in on the same street as the 1st and last trolley stop). Info received from VRBO about checking in was WRONG and it caused considerable distress after a 3.5 hour drive when we attempted to unlock the door to the house. Texted the contact number and got a call back with the correct code from someone OTHER THAN the listed contact person. Really disappointed in VRBO about that.

Fantastic rental! The house was clean and cute, and it was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. You also can't beat the location - walkable to downtown but still on a quiet street, and just a quick drive to Vilano Beach. We'll absolutely be back!
