The first floor offers a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, 5-burner stove and 2 ovens and a television, a cosy living room with fireplace, library and television, two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a landing with a small office area leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms and a third bathroom with WC.

The four independent air conditioning systems allow the entire villa to be cooled.

The main terrace, accessed from the kitchen/dining room and the living room, is south-facing and protected from the sun's rays by a vine. A second terrace is oriented to the east and allows you to catch the first rays of the sun or spend the late afternoon in the shade, comfortably seated in the garden furniture.

The 4 x 10 m salt water swimming pool with a depth of 110 to 150 cm with Romanesque staircase is heated by a heat pump, which allows you to take full advantage of it from MAY to OCTOBER. It is equipped with an electric roller shutter guaranteeing optimal safety and maintaining the temperature of the water. It has a beautiful beach, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.

In a quiet countryside, the 3,300 m² property is located in a green setting in the middle of orchards.

The entire property is reserved for the exclusive use of the tenants. The house is equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm panel. The access gate is motorized and operated by a remote control.

The house has a fibre optic connection (350 Mb/s) and Orange TV (107 channels) with Netflix. The WiFi network is available throughout the house as well as in the pool area and in a good part of the garden.

For the little ones, we provide 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, 1 baby bath, 1 bath ring, 1 bath seat, 1 small toilet potty, 1 toilet reducer, 1 baby cook, adapted plastic crockery, socket covers and 1 stroller.

For older children, we provide 4 mountain bikes (1 size M, 1 size L and 2 for children)

A ping-pong table, a bowling alley and petanque balls, a badminton kit, racket games as well as books, board games and toys are also available.
