Mira Lima is a charming if hilly neighborhood about 20 minutes south of downtown SF, near Twin Peaks/Sutro Tower.Tim is a thoughtful, generous host.The property is comfortable and well appointed. Recommended.

Tim was a fabulous host. We had a wonderful stay in his beautifully furnished and comfortable home. The beds were also comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. (I found myself looking for the brand of mattress.) It was centrally located for us near Twin Peaks with great southern view. We would absolutely stay there again. - Mike & Emily

This was, hands down, the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at! We have stayed at many apts/homes/flats throughout the world and the USA and this is the best ever. It was immaculate when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed and wanted. Tim (the owner) had stocked a huge melon, chilled wine, apple cider, and sparkling water. He even brought us a half-flat of fresh strawberries a few days after our arrival! There were lots of pods for the coffee machine and plenty of good teas to choose from. The fireplace was such a treat, since we were there in late spring, and worked so well we had to watch our toes. There were plenty of towels and linens on hand and the beds were very comfy. The washer and dryer worked great and came in very handy during our visit. The bathroom was very nice, with a floor-warmer, and a completely tiled rain shower and a tub. The apt was super-roomy, especially for SF, with two large bedrooms and a dining room, kitchen, nook, and a huge living room. The views were so beautiful, especially at night with all the city lights below us. We could see the cross on Mt Davidson every morning when we went to our car. We got to meet the host, Tim, and he was so warm and friendly! Such a wonderful host and such a wonderful apt. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.... the apt and Tim really made our stay fantastic, and we've been to SF many, many times. Thanks, Tim!

The host went out of his way to be helpful and provide additional information at all stages of the booking process. Once we were there the host had provided were a million nice touches that demonstrated the host going above and beyond to make our stay special. Will be hurrying back as soon as possible!!!
