The heart of the chalet is the cozy living and sleeping area in alpine hut style. A lovingly built-in bed and a comfortable pellet stove create a warm, rustic atmosphere.



The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.



Outdoor enjoyment: Step outside to your own natural paradise. The entire garden and sunny terrace are yours to use exclusively. The stone-built grill in the garden is perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings under the clear, starry sky.



At a glance: 40 m² on the ground floor for up to 4 guests (baby cot available on request). The upper floor is not accessible to guests. There is a modern bathroom with shower and a separate WC.



Access and parking: Free parking on site. The property is accessible year-round. Please note: Snow chains are mandatory in winter. No snow removal service on the property or private road.

The region is ideal for hiking and mountain biking—from Zirbitzkogel to Sendertrail. Popular attractions like the motorsport ring, about 30 km away, offer variety before you return to your alpine retreat.
