Resting on the beautiful, rugged Bailey Island coastline is this well-appointed 2BR, 1 BA cottage offering stunning ocean views, a spacious lawn, patio, and A/C for warm summer days. You'll love exploring the neighborhood, as well as the local restaurants and shops during the day and returning to the comforts of the cottage in the evenings to relax and soak in the sights and sounds of the ocean.
Inside the cottage you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all you'll need to cook, a sitting area for 4, dining table, and two chairs overlooking the water. The full bathroom located on the first floor offers a large tile and glass shower. Upstairs, there are two ocean view bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed, both opening to a shared balcony.
Outside, guests will enjoy a patio with a picnic table for dining outdoors, as well as a yard with adirondack chairs perched overlooking the bay and ledges.

We have completely fallen in love with Maine! And also this cute cottage! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to get started on our vacation. The beds were comfortable. The decor and art work were beautiful. Nice kitchen and bathroom. We loved leaving the windows open at night for the cool air and sounds of the ocean. We loved going down to the ocean in front of the cottage to explore. The island is great, also! Very good food, convenient little grocery store, great scenery, nice beaches to walk. We took a day trip to a light house south of Portland and also to Kennebunkport. We hope to return to Maine and to this cottage!

Great cottage with exceptional views. The morning sun rises were breath taking. Right on the ocean, we enjoyed watching the lobstermen hauling in their traps, the occasional seal popping its head out of the water, and the wide variety of sea going birds, including a bald eagle. The property matched the description and was very clean and well maintained. We come to the Harpswell area every year and this is the BEST place we have stayed. We will return.

This was our 2nd Labor Day weekend staying at the Sea Spray. We consider ourselves VERY lucky to have stumbled on this property last year. Beautiful views of the Ocean and Sunrise. A cozy modern home with a wonderful kitchen, eating area and living room. Beds are comfy and the outside area is wonderful. Hannafords and a Super Walmart are 20ish mins away and a nice drive to make.
