Crescent Arms Condominium Complex: Located directly on world famous Crescent Beach these Siesta Key beachfront condos are walking distance to South Village. Crescent Arms has one-story villas as well as two seven-story towers that are directly on the beach. Our vacation condos are located in the North and South Towers of the Crescent Arms Condo complex. Crescent Arms offers a picturesque serpentine pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are close by the pool for your convenience. The towers are steps from private beach access and lounge chairs are provided – already on the beach. It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf.
BEACHFRONT: GORGEOUS NEW LISTING - This two bedroom/two bath Crescent Arms condo - Unit 502S - is located on the fifth floor, in the south tower. Positioned in the southwest corner it has a breathtaking view of the powder white sands and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Fully furnished and decorated, this condo feature a large living room, dining area and two large bedrooms. This condo sleeps up to six (king-size in Master, Queen + twin-size bunks in the second bedroom). The beautiful screened-in Lanai has an amazing view of the Gulf and beach below. The living room has cable HD flat-panel TV. An HD flat-panel TV is also included in both bedrooms.
The entire unit has been renovated with beautiful hard flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and tile backsplash with stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, glass top range/oven, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes. The living room has floor-to-ceiling sliders that open out onto the screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf and beach below. The living room has a leather couch and love seat and opens out to the Lanai which has a cozy table and chairs. The master bath has a granite counter and large glassed in tub/shower with modern, beautifully accented subway tile. The second bathroom has a granite countertop on vanity and a modern tiled walk-in shower.

Attractions and amenities within walking distance include shops, fine dining, a marina, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing, Dolphin Tours, intimate night clubs with dancing and free lighted tennis courts. You can avail yourself of the miles of bike/jogging paths or miles of beaches to walk on and enjoy. Over 20 golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Across the bridge on the mainland, Sarasota and the surrounding area has unmatched cultural activities.
Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your Lanai windows! A laundry with washer / dryers is available for guest use, just down the hall. Of course the towers are serviced with elevators. Just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando and Twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport.

Great location & view. It was the perfect condo for our family to stay in. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! You cannot beat the location of this condo. You’re on the beach in no time! Having the chairs included is also a huge plus. Would recommend!

Condo was comfortable. Lighting in bedrooms wasn’t connected to wall switches so that was awkward. Bathrooms were very nicely renovated. Glass stovetop was damaged when we arrived. Contacted property manager for rental agency and he assured us it was useable. He came out and measured space to let owners know replacing would be a good idea. Lanai was comfortable but no sunset views in early April from this unit. Pool was great. Enjoyed beach but chair distribution was by placard and you had to stand in line before 7 am to get chairs in the front row on shore. Kind of an outdated process, only building that still uses this process. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

We have spent a week in January the past 2 years in this unit and we luv it!. It is spacious, faces the ocean with amazing west coast sunsets!! The unit has all amenities you would need for your stay. We hope to travel back next year!!

Great location, great view and great beach. The problems listed below can all be corrected. We spent two weeks there, so we got to know the apartment and the area very well. The free trolly into downtown Siesta Key and Sarasota was a plus. BTW, the assigned parking for this apartment is 51.Our concerns/complaints:1. The queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom was mush, the worst mattress ever and should have been replaced a long time ago. This ruined the two-week trip for the couple who had that bedroom.2. Contrary to city code, the apartment had zero (0) smoke detectors. We contacted Lenny (the local contact person) and by the next morning, he had installed three smoke detectors, as per code.3. The drain for the shower/tub in the master bathroom was almost completely clogged following a shower, leaving us in several inches of water before fully draining.4. Multi-outlet plug needed: The TV in the 2nd bedroom, the one with the mushy mattress, would not turn on. We discovered that the plug for that TV went through the wall and out into the living room. Once the TV was plugged in, it worked just fine. The sacrifice was that one of the couch lamps could not be plugged in.5. A second multi-outlet plug needed: The TV in the master bedroom also went out. The lower outlet where the TV was plugged in, was dead while the upper outlet was fine. Again, another multi-outlet plug is needed since we, had to plug the TV cord into a spot that had been used by a bedside lamp.
