--We don't allow large parties but we do permit small gatherings of family and friends as long as you commit to cleaning up and treating the house with care.

--Please do not remove the Kreepy vacuum from the pool or turn off the pump: they run on a schedule to keep the pool free of dust and debris in between weekly cleanings.

Centrally located on the east side just a short drive to downtown, the house is situated in an attractive residential neighborhood on a cul de sac street. It has easy access to main commercial areas along Tanque Verde, Speedway and Broadway, where you’ll find convenient local restaurants, stores, groceries and various services. It is a 1-mile walk to the massive Udall Park, with 12 outdoor public pickleball courts (we provide a set of 4 paddles and balls for guest use), playing fields and a large swimming pool. Nearby recreation areas Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East and the 50-mile Loop cycling/pedestrian path are a short drive.
