This is a nice, comfortable apartment across the street from Blackhawk Lake. Good views, quiet, and well furnished. Conveniently located for bicyclists, with rides into town, around the lake, and on the Sauk Trail all accessible from the driveway. The hosts, who live upstairs, let us keep our bikes in the garage.

This spot is great for couples. We really enjoyed the place. It is quite and peaceful. We stayed with our son. They had a blow up mattress that was perfect. We would stay again.

Homeowners were absolutely great. They were kind and courteous. Would suggest it be listed in the main description that:
1) You're sharing this house. And it's the bottom level
2) The lake is across the road and the doc is shared and the pontoon is for ride along only.
3) Cannot park at the house itself
4) If you bring your own boat the lake has boulders that are NOT marked.
Otherwise it was cute, clean, and fun. We found these details layer under other tabs.
