One of the beds is not very comfortable…but that is also personal preference. Host was great for prompt response when we messaged. Served its purpose for a place to sleep and do some laundry at a reasonable cost.

Lots of amenities, including washer/dryer.
Not having cable, but only internet TV though is not very covenient: typing with the remote control is a nightmare.

It was a nice area and ideal for my Halifax trip. The cleanliness wasnt up to par for the price but other than that I overall had a nice stay.
