Communication with the host was great, very responsive host. The home itself is very large and located in a beautiful area. This home does need a bit more TLC, specially given the price this rents for. Particularly in the backyard this needed a bit more maintenance. The chairs/sitting areas in the backyard were very dirty, I had to hose them down before anyone could use them. There was also a huge pile of cat p*op in the middle of the backyard which my husband had to clean up. Overgrown weeds were growing through the concrete area of the backyard which made the home look a bit abandoned. Overall great stay but for the price, I don’t want to show up and have to clean things myself.

The views are gorgeous ! Specially love the driveway and the parking space! Huge parking space!The rooms/ bathrooms need some repainting/ touch up. As retired nurses… we recommend trash cans in each room. Those bugs … no matter how we kept the doors closed you see them everywhere inside the house. Some trash bins outside were overflowing when we came. We didn’t even use the indoor pool.We were busy with conversations and eating! The living/ dining area with bar was just perfect for us 7 couples. Overall everyone had fun and we had created beautiful memories!

Location was great! It could use better bath towels (old and cheap) kitchen had a lot of missing stuff( Pots, pans, salt pepper shakers, etc) had no freezer had to run to garage for freezer, ovens were dirty and grease, same on outdoor BBQ grill,Sauna did not heat( noticed new heater in garage but wasn’t installed) Family and kids where looking forward to use indoor pool and ask and pay for it to be heated but there was no gas so kids where disappointed ( no good) TV remotes battery died so i have to purchase some!Lots of humidity marks on bathroom walls and chipped paint , in my opinion needs more supervision in order to be working properly!It could be much better and hopefully administration reads my review and works everything out! They have everything to make this place a 5 Star stay!Manager was very helpful and responsive
