We really enjoyed condo. I’m very sensitive to strong cleaning and febreeze-like products. We walked in immediately after the cleaner finished; everything was clean, but no strong fragrance or chemicals. Photos were accurate. This was an ideal location. I specifically searched for low-rise condos because I hoped to avoid the ones with 3 or 4 rows of beach chair set ups. This was perfect. Even the week before July 4th, I was able to get a set of chairs on the front row. One set is free with rental with is a great bonus. (With that, you will need to go claim your set up each morning.) The beach crew started setting up most morning around 6 or 7. I chose to rent another set of chairs and umbrella for us, so ours would already be reserved for the days we were there. (This is not necessary, but it’s an option.). The beach crew was great. However, if you have a free set up and you aren’t in the chairs around 3 or so, they may start taking them down. If people were in the chairs or reserved, they remained until about 4:30 or 5pm. This is a very family friendly area! First time staying at Crystal Beach. It’s super convenient to Whole Foods and everything Destin has to offer. Also the master bed was very comfy. There were plenty of pillows. There were even 2 box fans which we loved for the sound at night lol.

This place is just what we needed! Close to everything, chair service included and a wonderful nice not crowded beach!!The room was centrally located so not much of a walk! Clean, nice beds and equipped kitchen and essentials!

Property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and it’s on beach, literally like 200 feet. Condo is next to the elevator which makes getting out of the room take seconds not minutes. If I had a complaint it would be the master bed, it needs to be replaced asap. AC works flawlessly as do all the other appliances. Close to shopping and far enough away from the tourist trap of downtown Destin to make it feel out of the busy traffic and endless supply of tourist. Donna was great and very easy to work with. 5 stars

Condo was very clean and well furnished. Parking was super convenient and beach chair service was perfect! Will definitely return!
