The cottage is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its comfortable layout. The first floor features a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, providing a peaceful place to unwind after a day at the beach. Upstairs, you'll find an open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. The living room includes a sleeper sofa that's best suited for up to two children, while the private balcony nestled among the trees offers a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected whether you're planning your next beach day or relaxing indoors.

This house was fantastic for my wife and I’s honeymoon. The house was clean and had everything we needed. This house is hidden and away from the main roads. Very private. Only a 5 minute walk from downtown and has a private beach access. Downtown Seaside is beautiful! Would recommend for a couples getaway!

The place was very clean. The only issue we had was the first night. We didn’t get there till after dark and the instructions said behind the red house. We were walking around in peoples yard with flashlights looking for how to get to the place. After driving around the block we found a driveway between two houses on the main road that went back to this house and 3 others. Instructions should have said down driveway and not just behind red house.

I liked the location. You could walk to get anything you needed in Seaside. The rental seemed turned around.... You opened the sliders to the bedroom and upstairs was the kitchenette and living room. It needed some updating, but it’s true what they say location, location, location.
