Nestled atop 4.5 acres amidst the rolling hills of North Georgia lies a tranquil haven known as Hillside Hideaway. Flex your 4-wheel drive, and ascend to this secluded retreat, which offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort, providing an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

As you step onto the main floor balcony, you're enveloped by the breathtaking scenery of opposing hills and the mesmerizing hues of the sunset horizon. The atmosphere is akin to being in a grand treehouse, with the expansive views offering a sense of serenity and seclusion. The cabin, completed in 2023, boasts a unique design, from the high-vaulted great room to the wrap-around deck with a cozy outdoor fireplace.

For those craving the soothing melody of nature, a short hike down the property leads to a lower clearing surrounded by a small laurel oak forest. Here, a babbling stream sets the soundtrack for relaxation while solar string lights cast a soft glow, creating the perfect ambiance for roasting marshmallows, picnicking, or simply unwinding with a good book.

Inside the spacious cabin, luxury awaits at every turn. High-end amenities ensure a comfortable stay, while thoughtful touches such as custom wall maps showcasing nearby lakes add a personal flair. Visit the Sasquatch-themed wetbar, and send the kids on a fun-filled scavenger hunt to collect clues to follow in the footprints of the big-guy himself.

Whether you prefer to cozy up by one of the three fireplaces, soak in the luxurious waterfall-featured hot tub, or sway gently on the patio bed swing while admiring a crimson Georgia sunset, there's no shortage of places to relax and rejuvenate.

Conveniently located between Downtown Blue Ridge and Blairsville, Hillside Hideaway offers easy access to a myriad of recreational activities. From tubing down the Toccoa River, exploring breweries and distilleries, attending the rodeo at the Union County Saddle Club, taking a historical train ride to McCaysville, there's something for everyone to enjoy. You're also not far from Hiawassee, GA, where you can spend the day on Lake Chatuge or play the indoor golf simulator at Marina Station.

So whether you're seeking adventure or simply yearning for a moment of tranquility amidst Georgia's stunning landscape, Hillside Hideaway invites you to unwind, recharge, and embrace the beauty of nature.
